how can i find my custom dialer cab and uninstall?
 

just like the title says.....

i'm using dharveys lite sprint rom and he is running a custom dialer i would like to take out. if i do will it automatically revert back to stock dialer?


p.s.- someone thank me for my 100th post!

you can't uninstall it since it's built into the rom.

Most dialers are actually just "skins". When the custom one was installed, it most likely replaced the stock images. You should be able to find another dialer .cab and install that over what you have now...

It's NexVision's dialer. Go to the first post and under OEM's you can go into his oem's and it lists a NexVision's dialer cab. Download and enjoy. :D

actually, you want to look for "minimal dialer" at xda. I am not at my home cpu right now, but if you cant find it I can post when i get back.

I am looking for a dialer that has the Speaker On/Off and Contacts button on the same screen as the digits. Is ther one iut there?

The minimal dialer that is discussed above and here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=395086 has both. And it's really nice and clean!
