need help bad here
 
all the sudden my htc touch went spastic on me today for some reason? im getting exe crashes and now i can't even get past the windows mobile boot screen now. i need to get active sync going to re-flash the phone. how can i boot into safe mode here ?

why don't you just flash by microsd card?

Try entering the bootloader, and then connectiong to see of it recognizes it.

The only way to enter safe mode, that I know of, is to have something like Pocket Plus. Even if you could enter safe mode, all you would need to do is a hard reset. All the safe mode will do is disable all today plugins and startup services.

Hold down green and red buttons and poke the stylus hole. Follow the prompt, I believe it's the green button. A hard reset will get you back to where you started with the fresh ROM and delete everything you've added, so hopefully you have backed up with SPB or something....

thanks guys i got it now. i had to do go into bootloader mode to start the rom flashing.
