Sprite backup usere, little help here.. confused
 

I downloaded and registered "Sprite backup Premium" and installed it but when I tried to run backup it aborted and gave me a error on mail. So I unchecked mail and got another error on System.. I tried playing with the settings but I can't get it to change.
So I checked the troubleshooting on their website and it said make sure you have the latest version (2.2.0) I think it was so I downloaded and it was "Sprite backup 62" and was totally different. Now I can't find a path to run backup with this one.. Everything is properly installed but no workey.. I'm kind of confused which to use. And if it is the Premium, how do I get it to run properly??
