P2P file sharing on the Touch?
 

Is there a program (like limewire) that is compatable with the touch that I can share files... or download mp3's like on limewire.

I remember there was a program i tried to use on my 6700 called (forgot exactly) imophant or something like that. all i remember is that the icon had an elephant on it and you, as the developers said, could get on to the Gnutella network, however, I never got it to work for me.

Has anyone ever had any luck with a program like this?




On a side note: I used to use a Program called Avvenue to download programs from my computer to my cell phone, however, about 6 months Nokia bought the company and I haven't used it since. I have thousands of songs on my computer and whenever I think of one that isn't on the phone, I just logged in to the website and downloaded the song from My Music folder on my computer. Pretty cool little program.

You can do that (download) with orb as well as stream your media.

There is a p2p program thats being discussed
here but I personally never got to work
on my touch.

Try and see if you have better luck.
