Changing ICS private subnet

My core work network uses 192.168.0.0.

The Internet Connection Sharing application in the Sprint provided ROM assigns 192.168.0.0. subnet as well.

When I try to VPN into work things don't work because the subnet addresses are all the same.

Any ideas how to change Sprint provided ROM ICS application to use another addressing scheme? I tried modifying registery, but that didn't seem to do it.

Thanks!
