edited my left and right softkeys.. but whenever i do a softreset.. the name goes back to what it used to be, which is "Contacts". However i only changed the NAME of the right softkey, not the target path.. does this have anything to do with it?

what program are you using? I use keyswop, which allow you to change the name and or path. Name and path stay the same after soft reset.

i went into my registry using phmreg editor.. i didnt use a specific program? Do you also know the file path for contacts? Contacts.exe?

Also, sometimes PHM regedit does not work the first time. I sometimes have to edit it, then close the program for the edit to take.
