how do i remove sprint navigation or stop dial sprint on celluler line.

it is annoying using tomtom with touch, because sprint navigation come on, and i get countless error 777, 1012 67 etc. it is annoying and holds up the start of tomtom. is there anyway to disable that conneciton to sprint, cause i don't use data services.

thank you.

Umm well you COULD goto start>settings>connections and click on manage existing connections then you edit the sprint pcs #777 click next till you get to the promt of the number it should dial to connect for data and just leave it blank... that should stop the data connection from enabeling.. but im not 100% sure that will stop sprint Nav from popping up...

The only way to get rid of Sprint Navigation completely is to go to cooked ROM. You either cook it yourself, or post a request for custom ROM in Upgrade forum.

I use tomtom on my touch, before I installed the first thing I did was delete sprint navigation from windows or program files(or wherever it was at?), on two different custom roms! No probs ever, 5 to 6 sec. locks every time, 8 to 12 sats!!! TomTom rules!!!
