Just Got a New Replacement...
 

So my drunken gf drops my phone on a wooden deck last night and none of the buttons were working afterwards...

Thank god i don't mess with not having the insurance... If anyone doesn't have insurance i highly suggest you get it! its only like 5-7 bucks a month and you never know when the smallest mistake could happen.

Anyways, I went to the sprint store, and since i'm real cool with the manager, he just opened up a brand new box and hooked me up, no charge.

This new Touch has the awkward glare on the screen when looking from an angle... my old one did not... i mean, i read about this before i got my first touch, but i guess its just hit or miss with it... Does anyone else not have this glare? And i'm guessin there is no way to get rid of it, huh?

Well from what read about the sprint touch you were lucky to have the "better" screen the first time. Now your like most of us lol.

I have the so called "bad" screen but I really don't find it a big deal and I have a 22" Apple Cinema at home to make it look bad. :) On My Touch In portrait mode side to side tilting actually looks good.. Tilt it up and down though and it bleaches out or dims and inverts pretty quick.

yeah, after using it for most of today, its not too bad, i was just worried i wouldn't be able to read it when its up on the airvent holder in my car... but no issues really...
