Relocking Touch
 

Is there a way to relock a Telus Touch? I want to send my phone in for warranty and don't want the coke spl in there. Can I try a different carrier stock .exe then use the new telus .exe afterwards? I put the new telus ROM on and it still shows coke 2.31 spl.

ok so you want to relock eh...

Flash to the stock ROM, flash 0.40, and then flash the official ROM and your good

OK, how do I get the SPL to 0.40? There is no Telus .exe without GPS. I searched before posting and I can't find how to do it on Telus.

Telus with GPS radio is a stock rom. Any shipped exe from your carrier can't break warranty coverage so don't worry about that. You can flash the 0.40 unlocker which allows overwrite and then flash the telus exe. It's in my unlocker's thread.
