Voicmail problem

For some reason after updating, I cannot retreive voicemails by pushing & holding 1. is this a known issue & does anyone have a fix? Thanks :)

Try to save make a contact with your name and then save it as speed dial 1

double check that your phone has the right number in settings > phone.
