Unable to send pictures/attachments using Hotmail - Attachments are always 0kb

Hi everyone. I tried searching for this but was not able to find anything.

I have an HTC Touch with the 6.1 OEM rom (RUU_PPST_Vogue_SPRINT_WWE_3.03.651.2_Radio_3.42.3 0_AM_NV_2.04_Ship.exe)

I just noticed now that when I try to add a picture or attachment to an email on my phone and send it, the attachment is always sent as 0kb. I get the email just fine but the attachment is 0kb.

I am using Windows Live Mail (hotmail).

Any of you guys getting this same error?

I am able to attach the picture on the phone. You won't be able to tell that the image is 0kb unless you send the image to yourself.

If you send the image to yourself, does it actually show up or are you getting a red x?

I tried this with an excel file and image file. Both are sent as 0kb. I logged into my hotmail account to look at my sent mail and it is also 0kb in there.

It looks like all attachments are not being uploaded correctly.

I experienced the same problem a few months ago...go to your email, menu, tools, options then storage and make sure that the box is not checked (when available, use this storage card to store attachedments)...that fixed my issues. Hope this hepls.
