Internet Sharing/Active Sync (Windows XP)
 

Is there a way I can have internet sharing active and be using active sync to browse/transfer files to the device? Even with ActiveSync set to allow data connections on the device, I can't get this to work. If I start ActiveSync first, when starting ICS it disconnects from ActiveSync and I have to unplug and replug in the USB cable to the phone for it to pickup the network adapter. If I do ICS first, it won't connect via ActiveSync.

i dont think both at the same time are possible, but maybe one of the somebody has a work around for it
