i tried everything with my phone to get it to stop the screen from coming on when i roam, so far i have not found a way to stop it, any help would be great

I've looked for this too, there doesn't seem to be a way to stop that in alerts or settings

Yeah it's just the phone alert, nothing that I know to fix it because it's just a friendly reminder.

Maybe set the phone up so it does not connect at all while roaming. Look in Settings/Connections. I have never tried it but maybe set it so the phone will only work in your home area. Dunno

the vogue acts screwy when in roaming mode.

mine does the same... makes you think you got a call or something... don't think there's anything you can do.
