Is Sprint TV working on SERO?
 

Is there any workaround to get sprint tv working on the touch when you are on a SERO account? I keep getting the no subscription info available message.

EDIT: I have been talking with sprint, and they are saying that the channels are not compatable with the Touch, they say it is included in my plan, but not compatabile with my phone.

I have SERO and I can access the basic channels. They're pretty much unwatchable though, due to buffering, but I can access them.

By basic channels do u mean NFL Network, SEE music, Movie trailers, and sprint exclusive entertainment? Or do you actually get the real basic channels like cnn, disney, fox sports, weather channel, and E!

The Touch is Sprint TV capable, SERO provides internet access with the standard TV pack included. Try dialing 1-800-639-6111 from another phone, hitting option 3 for tech support, put in your number, and when you get someone ask for Advanced tech support.

I know it is sprint tv capable, but for some reason, every time I try to access the basic channels that are included in powervision which comes with SERO (CNN, Disney etc) it says that there is no subscription information available. I know this is a known problem, but I was just wondering if there is a way to fix it yet.

Yep. That's the ones. You're having the common problem I've read about. I don't know the fix because I've never had the problem, obviously.
The quality is so bad for me though, I never use it anyways.

If you go to the HTC home page you can upgrade the mogul to WM 6.1 and it comes with the upgrade for Sprint tv and it works great.

I don't really know if Sprint TV is included with my SERO Plan (got it in 2005). But whenever I click on channels like the disney channel I just get an error on my phone that says "Sorry there is no Subscription Plan for this Channel" where as when I try to click other channels like the Comedy Channel I get asked to subscribe for a package.
