I have been using for a month or so, sometimes it needs a soft-reset it first to get a lock. I have tried with and without QuickGPS and it does not seem to make any difference at all.

Daved, So just to confirm you have a CDMA touch with no service and your GPS works? Did you do anything to make this happen or just lucky?

Got it to work today.

Confirmed, it works outside the US.
