Question About Hardware Key remap on Touch

Does anyone know of a hardware key remapping program that will allow me to manually enter the shortcut for the button to open as appose to only having a list of programs to choose from. I have a Sprint HTC Touch and i want my camera button to open the exe "Folderview.exe" so it will take me to the programs menu when pressed.

Can you copy a shortcut to the Start Menu, then map the hardware key to the shortcut?

I couldn't get it to work on the Button1 (opened start menu, then camera), but it works fine on the Button1(press and hold)...

And those shortcuts are built-in.

Does folderview handle command line parameters? Like

folderview.exe \windows\startup
