i know this is gonna sound dumb and im sorry...but how or where do you install tha spb mobile shell on your device??

Simply visit the link below using either Opera 8.65/9.5 etc. or Netfront. And select the download cab.
Once the .cab file is finished downloading open your file explorer and click on the file. The installation will begin.

Before you try out any new software perform a backup!
