Rom upgrade - can't make/receive calls but gps and internet work

New Touch owners need some help:

In the EPST menu to program the phone, what is needed? I got GPS working and can get out to the net after doing a online ESN swap but can't make or receive calls so what is needed? I looked in the EPST and don't see the PTN, MSID, SID/BID etc where to enter the settings provided from Sprint.

I can't believe I am having this much trouble grr, any help would be appreciated
