Headset mic too quiet!

I have a Bluetooth stereo headset that I listen to music on all day at my desk. The cool thing about it is that it also connects to my phone to take calls without removing/switching headsets.

The problem is that I'm WAY too quiet to the person on the other end. (I've also noticed that Voice Command is quiet as well.). I've even left myself voicemails to confirm it.

I didn't have this problem with my xv6700. I've searched and searched, but can't find anyone else with this problem.

Any idears?

search again, i saw file edit here somewhere ill pm you if i find it.

I looked again, but only found the reg hacks for the MicVolume and SpkVolume. Those keys don't exist in my registry and don't do anything (that I can tell) when I add them.

Any help or other leads would be greatly appreciated.
