PPST and other questions

Ok, a newbie here, so please be gentle , I have 2 questions

how can you tell what version of PPST are u running ??

also, I have probably the stupidest question of all. I have the Bell Mobility CDMA (Canada) Touch “MP6900BM” it has the Qualcomm 7500 cpu, @ 400MHz, 256/128MB.

so what is this thing,… I see Touch, Elf, Elfin, Vogue, Touch pro...etc. I am lost !
what ROM’s will work on it ??
