Sprint Touch does a hard reset when a soft reset is performed
 
Well every few days when I do a hard reset, my device likes to perform a hard reset instead so I lose all of my information and contacts from my phone. Is there any way to stop this from happening? I did flash over to the new sprint rom but it happened even before I flashed it.

sounds like a faulty device to me. I would have it replaced.
