No Device Information

Im putting together a ROM and I noticed that the Device Information Screen under the Settings Menu will load but just displays blank and the Wait Animation just stays on the screen and never goes away.. is there a way to fix this.. Ive searched all over but havent had any luck finding information on it.

HTCUtil.dll was deleted by mistake.. recooked into rom and now it all works
