How to flash

anyone? i have a vx6900 and would like to flash either the vogue gps 3.02 or OMJ'S rom. i have the unlocker on my phone and the coke at 2.31 could use some help from their ??

1) flash coke (follow steps carefully, you'll need to exit before it finishes, near the end (it will pause and tell you when, don't worry)... before it flashes a non-vogue rom)
2) flash sprint stock rom
3) flash other rom
4) enjoy
