Still Can not get GPS to work.
 

I had a Mogul for several month's but they kept breaking without any of my help. So after 4 replacement phones for various reasons (keyboard back light will not function etc..) I said screw the mogul I want something small and light, so a few weeks ago I got the Sprint Touch free of charge. Here is were my problem is I can not get the GPS to get a satellite in Google maps. Thinking it was a rom problem I upgraded to the newest version 3.03.651.4 and still nothing Please help if you can.

What other info do you need? Simply put I start Google Maps I click use GPS then I wait it says 50kbs satellite found 0

I'm curious to know this as well. The sprint guy that sold me my HTC touch said they have GPS built-in yet I cannot get google maps to find a sattelite. Do these phone have built in GPS recievers or was I fed a line...

Did you let customization run after you flashed? GPS should work. Have tryed using the sprint nav, and see if it gets a lock?

Yes, I did let customization run after I flashed, I will try Sprint Nav.

Google maps seem to take longer for me. Live search and Sprint Nav lock super guick. Just a thought.

Sprint Nav isn't there, all the other sprint programs are just not that one, also the GPS program port is set to Com4 from the factory is this correct?
