How do you activate the phone?
 

So I broke my original phone, and sprint just mailed me a new one. Well, I called in to activate it, and they took my ESN number, and then told me to type in ##somenumbers# and some screen was supopose to pop up. 2 people at sprint couldnt tell me how to do it, because they dont know and ended up hanging up on me.

Well its been 6 hoursafter doing what print said and phone still dont work, so i guess i still need helop

you need to talk to sprint to activate the phone. we cant do it here.

if you login to your sprint account at www.sprint.com you can activate and program it yourself. There should be a link to upgrade or activate a device next to the picture of your current active phone. Punch in your ESN and then just follow the programming steps.
