steps were left out of the sd flash process... 1)sd card HAS to be formatted FAT32... 2) the .nbh file HAS to be named VOGUIMG.nbh... there is a tutorial on this method around here somewhere... hope this helps

the steps are under the heading UN-BRICK VOGUE IF UPGRADED TO ALLTEL BEFORE UNLOCKING - Thanks to mardukeme.

I'm wondering ....did you ever use the ImCokeMan unlocker? It looks like you might have tried to flash a custom 3.xx ROM without unlocking the phone first. If thats the case, you might have caused yourself quite a headache, and I'm not sure how to fix it, or if it even can be fixed.

Whats the exact order that you did things in?

Example : Bought phone, flashed leaked ROM, installed unlocker....etc.

dont quote me on this but i think that i unlocked it first then flashed it with the custom rom, it worked for a couple of days then started resetting so i flashed to a stock rom thus the problem. but now when i try and flash a unlocker then i get that error

You might want to PM ImCokeMan....cause I think if you installed the 3.xx unlocker while a 2.xx ROM was installed on the device, that might have caused issues.

Then again, I might just be getting over my head. ImCokeMan is really the guy you want to be answering that type of question.

Per his tutorial:

"2.31 version: (specifically designed for GPS capable 3.xx roms, ensure you see 2.31.CoKe before flashing an exe)
Thank you Colonel for your diligent and brave testing while my vogue was bricked!
WARNING: this will only work with the 3.xx roms (Alltel EXE only at this point) and may not allow older roms. It will not be overwritten like the 0.40 SPL however so it won't leave you completely bricked like running the alltel exe was doing before this."

So if you flashed unlocker 2.31 while you had the original stock ROM (which is a 2.xx radio I believe), it might have done something. But he says it won't leave you completley bricked, so it sounds like if that IS the issue, there may be hope.
