PPST question

Hey yall, I just have a simple question, do I need to run Sprint PPST every time that I flash to a new ROM? Or is it basically a one time deal?
I cook ROM's in the kitchen and I'm constantly flashing cause I tweak the sys.

one time thing if u go into device info flashing does not efect the PRI

can someone on the sprint network take a snapshot of their reg before and after running ppst?

Lol so which is it :scratch:, I don't mind running it, its just the last 2 times I ran it I got issues that needed a hard reset and a flash back to stock ROM to fix.
