Only 4 tabs in HTC Touch plugin
 

I recently updated to the Official Sprint GPS/Rev A ROM. After I updated the ROM I get only 4 tabs in my HTC plugin. I used HTC Home Customizer 1.0Final to customize the plugin and I in the Tabs page I see all 6 options in Tab order list but when I go to home screen I see only 4 tabs on my HTC plugin home. Before I updated to Official Sprint GPS/Rev. A ROM I had the factory ROM and with that ROM I used to get 5 tabs. Now with the new Official GPS/Rev. A ROM I see only 4 tabs.

Can anybody please help me with this? I want to get all 6 tabs.

i had the same problem. i was using the htc home customizer on wm6 but when i flashed the new 6.1 rom i was unable to get the customizer to work. it actually froze my home screen and i had to hard reset. i am waiting for a new version of the htc home customizer. it sucks it doesn't work because i really enjoyed tweaking with the clock and icons and such. anybody have any suggestions? has the same thing happened to anybody else?

After the rom update, the HTC home only has 4 tabs. Not sure why they did that or who did that. The OEM version on WM6 had 5 tabsl. There are other versions of HTC Home but it whether you want to install another version of the same software and have it present in both the Windows directory and another one called HTC Home. Personally I do not use more than the 4 tabs so I am ok with it for now.

My OEM HTC Home only had 4 tabs. That was when I got the phone last Nov. I never got 5 or 6 tabs until I started customizing/flashing ROMs. I believe this is the way the "Sprint" stock ROM is. The extra tabs are not that big a deal for me though. It only adds a contacts speed dial (don't need it if you're using the cube) and HTC audio (which I don't use anyway).

I didn't like the ROM anyway so I flashed back to my kitchen...5 tabs, no cube - better imo.

Not to sound like a whiner, but my contacts tab wont let me add pictures to them. I go to add a contact with a picture and nothing happens. When I add a contact with no picture, it works. Anyone got a fix?

Home audio tab. When using HHC it use to add the audio tab it will not add it since the rom update.

I installed this once with Stock out of box rom and it worked great...then installed with leaked rom and roms after the leaked and my phone would lock up when loading the home plugin at startup.

Try downloading the HTC Home Plugin from within HHC. Just install over the top of the one that is already on the Vogue. That worked for me once when I had a new rom that locked up with HTC Home.
