Problem with the Diamond Qwerty.
 

Whenever I go to type a person's name in to send a text message to them, it only enters numbers instead of letters (this is not with the numberpad out, this is with the Touch Keyboard). This is extremely annoying since I don't know everyone's number.

Any idea how to fix this?

check in the options. Pull up options for inputs:

Click "OPTIONS" that is under input method:

See if the box checked for "tuen on one-touch symbol entry":

If it's checked, then uncheck it and see if that helps.

If I select the message area, then switch back to the "To" area, it works fine, but that's kind of annoying.

I'm just gonna switch back to the regular keyboard.
