Taking forever to get to EVDO after update
 

Hi all,

Sprint user...

Updated ROM to the released ship version 3.03.651.2

Since I have done that, my phone gets to a roaming provider, then after 5-10 minutes finally switches to EVDO (i.e. finds the Sprint EVDO). It didn't do this prior, nor with the pre-release 3.02 ROM update.

My device information after the update:
ROM: 3.03.651.2
Radio: 3.42.30
PRL: 60613
PRI: 2.04.003

I am in Garner, NC - again never had this problem before. It always found the signal right away. Any help would be appreciated. I am re-flashing the ROM now to see if that makes any difference, and yes, I did a hard-reset after the initial ROM flash to no avail.

go to settings/personel/phone/services/internet/get settings/run IOTA

SBR_L3GEION, thanks. After I did the re-flash, it appears to be working as before. Not sure what happened on the initial flash.

Also, system as a whole seems much quicker in response (switching apps, opening apps, etc).

Has anyone been able to get GPS working after installing this? I can't. ALSO - how do I KNOW if I am getting RevA speeds?
