Dude if you want help here you need to be more specific. And on top of that, when people tell you to be more specific that usually means they want to help you so maybe you should try to answer them???

Sorry, got sent out of town for work and been to busy to get back;
I'm running windows XP, all of the USB ports will provide power (light the optical mouse and charge my phone) I have no communications. My XV6800 is running DCD 3.1.6 I know this is not the answer but I cannot remember the program that kill my usb ports...It opened a dos window and now no communications...Any help?
