You need to swith you plan to Simply Everything Plan...I have the cheap one that on gives me 450 minutes ,but then everything else unlimited(sprint tv,text,Email,GPS,) basically anything that can be used on a phone..I pay $59.99 a month plus gov. fees.

for anyone whose gps doesnt work make sure you have windows mobile 6.1 or else it wont work just upgrade your phone

It's not the 6.1 part, it is the ROM + Radio. Your device must have the latest ROM which unlocks Rev-a + GPS.

Thank you for the file. I have a new Blackberry Curve and it gives me an error messege when I try to register the software already on the phone and the Alltel people can't fix it. They are puzzeled, TeleNav is puzzeled, nobody can get me GPS on my new phone. And this is my 3rd phone trying to get GPS with Alltel. My software for transfering the file to the device says there is an XML error in line one. Do you have directions for dowloading it directly through the phone? The zip file throws me off.

How can you get the Telenav app to work with a Sprint Navigation plan? I'm getting the message "Your account has expired" when I log-in.

Apologies if this is a repeat, I didn't read through every prior post, figured I'd add this, as it was the answer I got when I was trying to find an official nav download:

Nextel/Sprint - Windows Mobile Devices
Installation Instructions

1. Tap Start
2. Tap Internet Explorer
3. Enter http://ota.telenav.com/ota/sn/ in the address bar
4. Tap the green arrow or Go
5. Checkmark "Open File After Download"
6. Tap Yes and wait for the download to complete
7. Tap OK to install - this will take less than a minute
8. Tap OK or X in the upper-right corner to return to the main screen
9. To launch TeleNav Navigator, tap Start, tap Programs, tap the TeleNav icon

I have an HTC Diamond on Sprint. Running MightyRom6 (Love it!). Just called sprint and had them send me the link to Sprint Nav cab file so I could download it. Below is the link. I have installed it and it works great! Enjoy!
