Annoying beeping while getting a call??

When I am on a call and I get another call that comes in, I get this really annoying beep every 2 seconds... it won't stop.

I do have S2U2, I'm wondering if that has something to do with it? Any ideas?

It should stop when the other call goes to voicemail, which can take about 30 seconds...Don't think it has anything to do with s2u2 since you don't have to acknowledge the other call at all for the beeping to stop in my experience.

Navigate to:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sounds\CallWaiting]
"Script"="pw3p"
The above script plays "callwait.mid", waits for 3 seconds, the plays it again...

Change to:
"Script"=""

to kill your callwaiting notification. I think it doesn't have an "r" in the script cause windows calls the sound on it own.

You can read more on sound scripts in my Sounds tutorial in my sig link, post #4. You can also change the "sound" value in the same key to "silent.wav" (or another not-so-annoying wav sound) if you have it. It would be easier to edit the script value.
