need instructions for unlocking HTC Touch
 

I have a HTC touch and I am getting ready to install the HULK ROM, I unstand I need to unlock the phone first, then I am confused as to the next step, as I was told to run the RUU, but I was also told that I needed to install a new radio, then the HULK ROM can anyone tell me the correct path to take so I can get this done, I have been reading for 2 days now and am still confused. Thanks for your help, if you can even post a thread that explains. this or just help.
