Using an .nbh in the Kitchen? Help!

So I was taking a custom ROM that came as an .exe, and i extracted the .nbh file.

Afterwards I ran prepit.bat, and packaged the SYS, ROM, and OEM folders into a rar file.

I then opened the ppc kitchen, File>Open>selected the rar file. It said "found rar!".

However, when I tried to create a ROM, it said:

"ROM folder does not exists"
"ROM\XIP\"

Where did I go wrong :-\

I'm trying to take a custom ROM and add/remove OEMs and delete touchflo v3
