What do I do now? The swedish chef is on my screen and my phone does nothing? I tried to flash the ROM for GPS I think using buildos?

Did you install the newest Bootloader (2.41 I think) first, as well as the Alltel ROM? Those were necessary steps before trying to flash to a Rev.A/GPS ROM.

Hate to say it Truckin, but Musicman is right... You must first unlock with IMCokeman's Unlocker v2.41; then flash the Original Alltel rom (being sure not to let the customizations run on the initial setup), then you can build and flash a rom using "buildOS". As for now... I don't know what you should do! The problem I'm thinking is that you don't get activesync connected anymore; right? if this is the case, you may not be able to flash anything... try connecting the usb cable and running the Unlocker; it runs on your desktop/laptop pc, so it may run. Best bet would be to try to put your phone in bootloader mode by pressing Camera+Power then Reset. If you can get it into bootloader you should be able to re-flash to the stock ROM.

I'm a dummy, where do I go from there? I got it in the bootloader mode. I really want to put whatever on to get the gps to work. That was my main goal.

Damn I'm an idiot! I figured out how to get the Alltell ROM on it. GPS works, REV A I don't even know how? Anything else cool I can do with it?
