Hard reset=put it on a rock then hold the send and end button for about 10 seconds then poke the hole with your stylus

Im sorry he lost his contacts though. Thats why its always good to have them backed up. We've all had this happen to us at some point or another. Lesson learned and keep movin!

Yes. Backup backup backup! and Pls. It is not a backup when you put it in the same location of the system you backup. Case and point, You backup all your computer systems in the room. You put the backup in the same room. The room burns to the ground. Yah Digg?
