Press and HOLD BOTH the power button and the camera button so they are both pressed at the same time. Then insert your stylist into the pin sized hole found at the bottom of the phone and press. If it doesn't work try again a few times... you don't have to wait for it to finish booting it should go right in there after so you can do it at any point in the boot up process. Make sure both are depressed at the same time, its a little tricky to depress a both but keep reinserting the stylist if that doesn't work the first time. If you're still having problems its most likely an issue with the buttons but come back here and let us know how it went.

A slightly easier way (no need for Stylus or Soft reset button):

The exact steps are: with the phone off, hold down the camera button. Then press the power button and once it turns on, immediately release your finger from the power button but keep the camera button pressed.

Works everytime!

That is correct, power+camera+hole.

Yep, I guess three too. And I won't say the p.c.-hole word anymore.
