is there a way to text message a photo with bell htc touch...
been trying to figure that out

I find the easiest way is to simply send an email with the picture attached. Bell offers the $7 a month unlimited data plan, so sending email with picture attachments doesn't cost any more. The $7 a month is really an excellent deal and works well for things like this.
