One more Q's before i flash
 

After i have unlocked the with the 2.31 unlocker and ran the original rom for sprint i can use kitchen to create a rom and flash the phone with it.
Then i do the whole thing with the ppst witch is clear.

Do i get that right that before everytime i reflash the phone with a new rom creation i will have to run the unlocker and after each fash instalation i have to add the ppst and run it?

you do not have to run the unlocker after every flash but i do run the ppst after every flash. just because i dont bother to check.

Correct. Just remember to flash the leaked sprint ROM, let the customizations run (takes a few minutes), and after the soft reset run PPST. Then flash whatever custom ROM you want, and no need to run PPST again after you've done it once.
