ACCESS DENIED on OMJ'S ROM

Hello pals

just installed OMJ rom on my vogue... now i'm trying to delete HTC_CM_Guardian.exe and overwrite it with a 0Byte file. (dummy)

it wont let me... it gives me error access is denied.
I have killed the process but still same issue...
any idea ?

Are you using Resco Explorer? This is one of the few that will overwrite. Sounds like the file may be in use and windows won't let you alter it....
