Stuck at bootloader screen
 

hey yall my phone started going into bootlaoder mode after i fell asleep with it in my pocket, i cant get activesinc to start so theres no way for me to use the RUU to reflash my rom. I was able to do a hard reset after a while of leaving the battery out but i was unable to align screen becuz the touch screen function was not working, it keeps going back to cokemans tri color screen , no matter what i do it wont connect to ruu? thanks

Get a known good rom, format your sdcard to fat32, rename the rom to VOGUIMG.NBH and put it on the root of the card. put the card back in the phone and reboot and it will reflash from the sd card.

edit: You need to have the rom itself, if you have a carrier exe rom you can extract the nbh rom from it using winrar. It will be the file called RUUSigned.nbh

so it will flash from the card and i wont need to use the RUU? if thats the case then the only question i have is how i reformat my micro sd card and transfer the file to the card?my phone will not connect to pc. thanks for ur reply

You will need an SD card reader, and an adapter, or a microSD card reader that will plug in your computer with USB. You can pick one up for about $20 at best buy.

the phone will not let me do a hard reset it keeps going to tri color screen
