Anyone know how to run AND minimize programs at boot?

I use PocketCM and 1-Calc everyday...but they take ~2 seconds to start up for the FIRST time. But after that first run, I minimize it...and when I go to run it again it pops up instantly. Sure I'd like to just keep it minimized all the time...but I'm a soft-reset freak...and I have to keep restarting those two programs.

Couldn't you put shortcuts to them (or even the .exe itself) in the \Windows\Startup folder?

Yea that's what I'm doing now, was just wondering if you could start a program minimized. So I don't have to minimize all the apps after a soft-reset.

EDIT: MORTSCRIPT can accomplish what I need!
