Why bother. You're just going to get another white phone that is going to crack? And if you do get a phone, it's gonna be a refurb.

I beg to differ - the replacement phone I got that was sent from Verizon was NOT a refurb - it was 100% brand new.

Yeah, really. Who would ever want a new phone, when your current phone is cracked. What a waste of time. Pshh... new stuff always sucks, espically when it's for free...

add me to the list of cracked phones. Make it only about 30 days or so before it cracked. I've put up with it for a few weeks now and I think I'm going to try my luck at a store.

i hate this thread... got my third phone from vzw yesterday. it was just the phone had to take off my back and battery to reuse with my "new phone" and send them the old phone. it is nice to not have that nasty crack on the top and the one on the side but i expect it will be back in a few weeks. anyways did a ##778 send to see if the "refurb" showed up as a yes and it did not... however i notice the "void" sticker over one of the screws holding the front on is missing so obviously they have replaced the front on my new phone. there was a bunch of check systems on a checklist that they sent with the phone so i suspect it was a refurb.

imdarkside, if you need any advice for replacing the case yourself, let me know. the black is 100x better.

Can you please tell me how to replace the case.
I would send it back to VZN or even use the insuranse but have put a lot of work on the phone already!
