Stock Leaked rom question.
 

Hello gurus. I have a problem. I flashed my new replacement phone to the leaked rom. I did not use any custom rom just the bare leaked rom in which I found to work very well. One problem thou is I want to take my phone back to the store for a question but I know I need to reflash back to the Sprint OEM stock rom it came with. Only issue is.. i found the Sprint OEM rom here on the site but when I try to flash to it it gives me a error and says that this rom is not for this phone. I am running incokeman 2.31. I though I would be able to flash to it with out a problem but it does not go. Any one else has had a similar prob like this?

When I press the camera, power butoon and reset butoon I see this... "Incokeman 2.31"



Why is it not allowing to flash back?

try first install the old unlocker 0.40 and then run the shipped rom... but you could brick your phone in the process... i have tried this method with the alltel rom but not with the leaked sprint rom..

Ok.. I download the .40 unlocker and it ran thru without a hitch. But once it restart to the home screen I press the 3 buttons to see the number and it still shows 2.31. It does not show .40. Whats going on. Anyways I did try to run the stock rom and still same problem. Any more suggestions?

make sure you're following the 0.40 unlocker instructions precisely.....but yes, this is what you need to do to flash the stock 6.0 shipped rom.
