There are a lot of options for changing your phone interface, and some of them are free. However, products from SPB do require a purchase. It would be a safe assumption that those people you meet on this site that have SPB software have purchased it.

There are a lot of different ones in various threads on this site. Best thing to do is search around and see what you like. Not knowing what phone you have or what style you're looking for, I can't really make any good suggestions.
