Alltel mms
 

For the life of me I cants seem to figure out how to fix mms after cooking a custom rom with the kitchen. I have tried adding arcsoft 3.0.26.12c with the kitchen and cooking a rom without it and later adding Lennysh arcsoft3.0.26.12c using the cab.

With the cab installed i am able to send a mms but i cant recieve any.
I have searched and searched for 2 days for a solution. Can some one help me please? ](*,)

try this

2nd Possible Solution:
Try changing the Alltel MMSC setting's to match what's below:
-Server Name: Leave that the same
-Gateway: Delete this, leaving it blank
-Port number: 8080
-Server address: http://mms-mt.alltel.net/servlets/mms
-Connect via: Alltel Wireless (your isp, or internet)
-WAP: WAP 2.0

I tried these different server settings and still get the same results. I can send but not recieve mms. If i use other roms not built by this new 3.02 kitchen it works fine.

One other note My phone is wakeing up when I send an mms from my wifes phone but nothing else happens.

Arcosoft 3.0.26.12c i did this quick edit and my bro sent me like about 40 pictures and receive every single one

Server Name: Alltel MMSC
Gateway: mms.alltel.com
Port Number:8080
Server Address: http://mms.alltel.com/servlets/mms
Connection via: Alltel Wireless
Sending Size Limitation: 300K
WAP: WAP 2.0

The only way i can recieve an mms was to use no2chem_19209 selections.text in the kitchen. But now the gps is flakey. This also solved a few other problems I was having.

When I used Vogue_WM6.1_GPS_3.02 Selections.txt I couldnt recieve an mms message, when I used the pic and video viewer It wouldnt show the videos and the camera icon wouldnt turn the camera on, not to mention some other 3rd party software that didnt work either. The gps did work flawlessly!

I hope when the official release comes out all the bugs will be taken care of.
