Trying to update radio and cant!! Please help!
 

I received a new touch from sprint after my last one stopped working and I loaded the 2.31 unlocker (succesfully shows 4 color screen with spl 2.31 coke) but everytime I try and load the new radio (all tel 3.37) it gets stuck at 11%??

Have been doing this all night.. AnY HELP??? PLEASE??

don't the instructions clearly state that it looks like it hangs up at 11%?
Give it a few minutes, it should continue updating.

I keep getting a disconnection error. At 11% I get the dreaded error message that the pc and phone have stopped communicating???

Please help.. I am stuck

Anyone out there help me on this one???

I reset the locker to spl-0.36 on the tricolor screen while also reloading the original factory sprint rom.

Now I go to the 2.31 unlocker and it goes fine...

But still when I try and load the alltel rom radio it not only freezes at 11% but the connection stops and I get an error in the rom upgrade utility?

COuld I upgrade the radio from the memory card? Would this make a difference?

Anyone?

after you get the error message, do you disconnect the phone or let it run? because if you leave it on there after it disconnects at 11% it will reconnet and continue the DL ( at least that is what mine did)

Are you a Sprint or an Altell subscriber? If Sprint, then go ahead and load the full 3.02 leaked Sprint ROM, which includes an updated radio, too.

are you on a mac running paralells? i ahd the same problem when i tried it doing that

I think trying it in VirtualBox would have worked out better. At least that's what I used on my Mac.

I use vmware fusion and it works perfectly but i also had the problem of it getting stuck at 11% with parralels desktop. I was asking to help the other perosn because it sounds like he is having the same problem i was wheni first got my touch.
