If you use a custom dialpad then the codes wont work. so remove it then try ##778#

If you have a cooked rom with a custom dialer it is easy go to my device/windows and look for epst with file size of 28b run it it will let you in the programing menu !

This code through the dialer will take you to the EPST menu which allows you to change certain functions within the phone such as the number of times it polls the cell towers to see if you have an incoming call etc.

It can also easily be reached by going to your file explorer, showing all hidden files, and looking in the \windows directory for a program called EPST

Right - |As with Telus and some others Try ##PST<Send> (##778...)| - and that is for Changing msid, mnid, AND CARRIER NAME...

hey all, i know this is the wrong forum but maybe someone can help me anyways? i have an alltel moto q9c and im trying to figure out if theres a way to update my PRL? im out of my area and theres no alltel store within 5 hours of where i live. the problem with my phone is that when people call me, my phone goes straight to voicemail? any help would be greatly appreciated :thumbright:
