it's the file that ends in .exe . You place the .exe file in /windows/startup

so a good way to clarify this sentence would be from this:
After the DLL is copied. copy this GPS_ENABLE execute (http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=25407) into the windows/startup folder.
to this:
After the DLL is copied, Copy the GPSKickstart.exe to \Windows\Startup folder

just figure id make it easy for the noobs
